Free Venue Finding and Booking Service
We are constantly booking hotels & venues in the U.K. and Europe, and as all hotels & venues value our joint custom, we receive a small commission payment from them for confirmed business. This enables us to provide you with a free and unbiased service.
Competitive Rates
Because of our strong buying power , we are able to negotiate extremely competitive rates with hotels and venues on your behalf. Our quotes will detail both the normal rate and the rate that we have negotiated for you. We will always work to your budget and will do this without compromising on quality.
Our Service
For each event, we will source a minimum of three hotels/venues. We will check availability, negotiate the best possible rates for you and then send you a written proposal on each of the three options. Once you are happy to proceed, we will then confirm the booking with your chosen venue and we will liaise with the hotel on all the finer details of the event. You decide how much assistance you require and we will work with you to ensure that your event is a complete success. You will have a dedicated Meetings Europe contact from start to finish.
